Frustrated!!!!

arrgg!!!!this few days felt so down....coz coz coz i think i m gettin fatter & fatter due to my "uncontrollable eat eat eat & EAT"!!!so start from today i m gonna start with my "Super Diet Plan"!!! in the morning i will just drink the "organic drink", noon just eat anything except for those high calories food, night drink "organinc drink" again!!!if hungry??just eat cabbage or fruits la!!! no more chips & sweet stuff for me!!!!save all that $$$ to buy bag!! i hope it WORK!!! well how fat am i???now i will tell ya its its its 47kg!!!!aarrh!!!!sob*sob*sob*T_T i gain 3kg!!!frm 45 to 44 then to 47!!!feel like "long piak" liao!!!so nw must gambateh back to 44!!!really beh tahan la>
